Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses vary due to military shipping schedules.

Returns Policies
TheRackShop.com will refund to the original purchaser, less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping, most items if returned unused/installed, with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and merchandise must be in new condition, unused/installed, including the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories. The value of missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound ground shipping price for items returned. Close-Out items and website specials are non exchangable and non returnable.
