Once verified, we'll beat the price by $1.00, then, process and ship your order immediately.

Our Best Price Promise applies to competitor's items that are stocked and available for immediate purchase. It does not apply to auction items, i.e. ebay, discontinued or close-out items, or Going out of Business sales. When matching a price be sure to account for the price of the item with all applicable shipping and handling charges. Processing Your Credit Card Order
Your credit card order will be reviewed for accuracy and processed upon receipt. If there is a problem with your order, you will be immediately notified by telephone or email.

Ground Shipping Program
Free ground shipping for online purchases over $99.99. is currently offered on Thule andYakima, products. Offer excludes Thule and Yakima Cargo Boxes. We do not ship cargo boxes. If you should decide to return your new rack products, you will be charged the original quoted outbound shipping amount. Credit card processing is conducted internally once your order has been reviewed for accuracy.

Return Policies
TheRackShop.com will refund to the original purchaser, less a 15% restocking fee and return shipping, most items if returned unused/installed, with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and merchandise must be in new condition, unused/installed, including the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories. The value of missing items and/or damaged items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. It is the original purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that returns are adequately packaged, insured, and tracked. All shipping costs are the responsibility of you the customer. Returns purchased during designated free shipping programs will be charged the current outbound ground shipping price for items returned. Close-Out items and website specials are non exchangable and non returnable. TheRackShop.com will assist with warranty issues according to each manufacturers warranty guidelines.

Additional charges will apply to orders outside of the Continental USA (Alaska, Hawaii & in some cases APO/FPO), please call or email and we will give you the exact shipping charge for your order. Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses vary due to military shipping schedules.
